The sun shines bright. The flowers bloom. Red, yellow, and blue!

Lily claps her hands. "Yay! Let's go outside!"

In the garden, she sees a bird. "Tweet, tweet!" sings the bird.

"Hello, little bird!" Lily waves. "Are you back for spring?"

The bird flutters its wings. It hops on a branch. "Yes, yes! I love spring!"

Lily giggles. She sees a butterfly. "Wow! So pretty!"

The butterfly flaps its wings. "Hello, Lily! Spring is fun!"

Lily dances with joy. "Let's play!"

She runs to the flowers. "Look at the bees! Buzz, buzz!"

The bees are busy. "We help the flowers!" they say.

Lily smiles. "Thank you, bees!"

She picks a flower. "It smells sweet!"

Next, she sees a bunny. "Hop, hop!" goes the bunny.

"Hello, little bunny! Are you happy?" asks Lily.

The bunny twitches its nose. "Yes, yes! I love to play!"

Lily laughs and jumps. "Spring is so lovely!"

The sun begins to set. "Goodbye, friends!" says Lily.

"Goodbye, Lily!" the bird, butterfly, bees, and bunny say.

Lily waves. "See you tomorrow! Spring is special!"

She skips home, happy and bright.
