Part 1: A Breezy Morning
One bright autumn morning, Leo, a little boy with curly hair, woke up in his cozy bed. He felt a cool breeze tickling his cheeks. "Brrr," he giggled, pulling his blanket up to his nose.
Leo's mommy opened the window. "Good morning, Leo!" she said with a smile. "Let's air out the room."
Leo nodded, watching the colorful leaves dance in the wind. Red, yellow, and orange leaves twirled and swirled outside. "Look, Mommy! The leaves are playing!"
"They are," Mommy agreed. "It's autumn, and the leaves are having fun."
Leo loved autumn. He loved the crunchy leaves and the way the world looked like a giant painting. He took a deep breath, smelling the fresh, cool air. It felt like a big hug from the sky.
Part 2: The Leaf Adventure
After breakfast, Leo and his mommy went outside. Leo wore his favorite blue jacket and red boots. They walked to the park, where the ground was covered in leaves.
"Can I play in the leaves?" Leo asked.
"Of course," Mommy said, watching him with a warm smile.
Leo ran and jumped into a big pile of leaves. Crunch! Crunch! The sound made him laugh. He picked up a big yellow leaf and showed it to Mommy. "This one looks like the sun!"
"It does," Mommy said. "And just like the sun, it makes us feel happy."
As Leo played, he saw other children. Some were jumping, some were making leaf crowns, and some were just watching. Leo waved and said, "Hello!"
"Hi!" the children replied, joining him in the leaf pile. Together, they laughed and played, sharing the joy of autumn.
Part 3: News from the Wind
Later, Leo and his mommy went back home. Leo felt tired but happy. "Can we open the window again?" he asked.
Mommy nodded and opened the window wide. The cool breeze came in, carrying the sound of rustling leaves.
Suddenly, there was a soft knock at the door. It was the mailman with a letter. "Hello, Leo! This is for you," he said, handing Leo the envelope.
Leo opened it with excitement. Inside was a drawing from his friend, Mia. It showed two friends playing in the leaves, just like he did today. "Mia drew this for me!" Leo said, his eyes shining.
"That's wonderful, Leo," Mommy said. "Mia is sharing her happy feelings with you."
Leo hugged the drawing close. "I love autumn," he whispered, feeling the warmth of friendship and the joy of the season.
As the day ended, Leo snuggled into bed, dreaming of more leaf adventures and the beautiful colors of autumn.
