The Curious Case of the Missing Book
Once upon a time, in a cozy little library, there lived a clever fox named Felix. Felix loved books. He loved to read, to listen, and to explore. Every day, he would scamper to the library, his fluffy tail swishing behind him.
One sunny morning, Felix found something strange. A book was missing! "Oh no!" said Felix, his eyes wide with surprise. "Where could it be?"
He looked around. The shelves were tall and filled with colorful books. "I need to solve this mystery!" he exclaimed. Felix called his best friend, Bella the bunny. "Bella! Come quick! A book is missing!"
Bella hopped over, her ears perked up. "What happened, Felix?" she asked, tilting her head.
"A book is gone! We must find it!" Felix said with determination. "Let's look for clues."
They started their search together. Felix and Bella looked under the big, soft chairs. They peeked behind the tall shelves. "No book here," said Bella, shaking her head.
Then, Felix spotted something shiny on the floor. "Look, Bella! A shiny button!" he said excitedly. "This must be a clue!"
Bella twitched her nose. "Maybe it belongs to the book!" she said. "Let's keep looking!"
They followed the button to the story corner. There, they found a little pile of books. One book was out of place. "Could this be the missing book?" Felix wondered.
With a gentle nudge, Felix pushed the book back into its spot. "Hooray!" they cheered together.
Felix smiled. "We did it, Bella! We solved the mystery!"
Bella hopped happily. "Teamwork makes it fun!"
And from that day on, Felix and Bella continued to explore new stories, always ready for their next adventure in the cozy little library.
