One sunny morning, little Sam woke up with a curious thought. "Where are my red socks?" he wondered. He looked under his bed. No socks. "Hmm," said Sam.
Sam decided to go on an adventure. He put on his thinking hat. "Let's find the socks!" he said. Sam peeked into his toy box. Teddy giggled there, but no socks. Sam laughed, "Not here!"
In the kitchen, Sam found Mom making breakfast. "Mom, have you seen my red socks?" asked Sam. Mom smiled, "Are they in the laundry basket?" Sam checked. Clothes tumbled, but no socks. "Not here," he said.
Sam had an idea. "What if the socks are playing hide and seek?" He went to the living room. Bunny was hiding by the couch. "Hello, Bunny!" Bunny wiggled its ears. Sam giggled and checked behind the couch. No socks, but he found some crayons. "Oh, crayons!" said Sam.
Sam went to the garden. The sun was bright, and flowers danced. "Hello, flowers," said Sam. He looked around. Then he saw a little bird. "Tweet, tweet!" chirped the bird. "Have you seen my socks, Bird?" The bird flapped its wings and flew to the tree.
Sam thought hard. "Where can they be?" Just then, he saw something red in his sandbox. "Aha!" he said. Sam ran over. His red socks were there, hiding in the sand. "Found you!" shouted Sam happily.
Sam picked up his socks, dusted them, and put them on. "Mystery solved!" he cheered. He hugged his toys, the bird chirped, and flowers danced.
Now, Sam knew that being curious can be fun.
Always look for answers, and you might find a surprise.
