Little Wolf wakes up. The air is cool. The sun is bright. "It's autumn!" says Little Wolf.
Little Wolf goes to the park. The leaves are red, yellow, and orange. "So many colors!" says Little Wolf.
A squirrel jumps. "Hello, Squirrel," says Little Wolf. "Look at the leaves." Squirrel nods. "I love autumn," says Squirrel.
Little Wolf sees a big tree. "What a tall tree," says Little Wolf. The wind blows. Leaves fall. "Wow!" says Little Wolf.
Little Wolf walks on the leaves. Crunch, crunch. "I like this sound," says Little Wolf.
A bird flies down. "Hello, Bird," says Little Wolf. "Do you like autumn?" Bird chirps. "I do," says Bird. "The air is nice."
Little Wolf finds a bush. It has red berries. "Pretty berries," says Little Wolf. "But don't eat them," says Squirrel. "They are for the birds."
Little Wolf smiles. "Okay, Squirrel," says Little Wolf.
The sun is setting. The sky is pink. "Time to go home," says Little Wolf.
On the way, Little Wolf sees a pumpkin. "Funny pumpkin," says Little Wolf.
Squirrel and Bird wave goodbye. "See you tomorrow," they say. "See you," says Little Wolf.
Little Wolf walks home. The moon is big. The stars twinkle. "Autumn is nice," says Little Wolf. "I like the colors. I like the sounds. I like my friends."
Little Wolf yawns. "Good night, autumn. Good night, friends," says Little Wolf.
Little Wolf snuggles in bed. The leaves whisper outside. "Sleep tight," they say. Little Wolf closes his eyes. "I will dream of autumn," says Little Wolf.
And with that, Little Wolf drifts off to sleep, happy and warm.
