Four sisters play "Silly Shoes" in a sunny bedroom with light wood floors, pale blue walls, a round red rug, a pile of colorful cushions and a window with floral curtains; Lily, about 7, blonde pigtails, in a yellow polka-dot dress on the left holding oversized shoes; Mia, about 6, curly brown hair, in a pink sequin tee center-left, laughing while trying on sparkly shoes; Ava, about 5, black hair in a ponytail, in blue overalls center-right, pretending to be tall in high heels; Zoe, about 4, short light brown hair, in a green striped tee on the right hugging a large fluffy white cushion, all wobbling, laughing and having gentle tumbles. report a problem with this image

Once upon a time, there were four sisters: Lily, Mia, Ava, and Zoe. They loved to play together. One sunny day, they decided to play a game called "Silly Shoes."

Lily said, "Let's wear each other's shoes!"

Mia giggled, “Yes, mine are sparkly!”

Ava put on Zoe's shoes and said, “Look! I'm taller!”

Zoe clapped her hands, “Squee! My feet are tiny!”

The girls laughed and wobbled around the room. Plop! Mia tripped, and they all tumbled into a giggly heap.

“Oops!” said Lily.

“Boing!” laughed Ava, bouncing back up.

Then, Mia had an idea. “Let's do the Silly Dance!”

They all cheered, “Yes, yes, yes!”

They wiggled, jiggled, and did a funny twirl. Their Silly Dance was so wiggly, their giggles filled the room like bubbles.

“Bop, bop, bop!” they sang, spinning faster.

Suddenly, they bumped into a big, soft pillow. “Boink!” went the pillow, and they fell with a gentle flop.

Zoe hugged the pillow, “Pillow loves our dance!”

They all hugged the pillow, feeling happy and warm.

Lily said, “Let's be Pillow Pirates now!”

They sailed on the pillow, pretending to see treasure. “Ahoy!” they called, looking around.

Mia said, “I see a chocolate island!”

Ava squeaked, “I see candy clouds!”

Zoe giggled, “I see a rainbow sea!”

Then, Mommy called, “Snack time, girls!”

“Yay! Snacks!” they cheered, jumping off the pillow.

As they munched on their snacks, they remembered their adventure.

Lily whispered, “We were Silly Shoe Pirates!”

They all nodded, smiling with crumbs on their lips.

And from that day on, they knew:

Playing together makes everything fun.
