A small teddy bear, with soft brown fur and round, shiny eyes, is sitting on a cozy bed. It has a fearful expression on its face, with furrowed brows and slightly lowered ears, holding tightly to a fluffy blanket. Next to it, a wise owl, with large white feathers and golden eyes, is gently smiling while floating in the air, creating a reassuring atmosphere. The setting is a warm room, with light blue walls, sparkling golden stars hanging from the ceiling, and a soft glow emanating from a star-shaped nightlight. A plush rug on the floor adds a touch of comfort. The main scene shows the little bear getting ready to sleep, surrounded by its friends, while the owl softly speaks to reassure it in the darkness. report a problem with this image

Little Bear says, “It's time for nap. I feel sleepy. But the room is dark. I am scared.

Miss Owl says, “It is just the lights. The room is safe. Would you like your soft blanket?”

Little Bear says, “Yes, please. My blanket helps me. But I still feel scared.”

Miss Owl says, “Let's take a deep breath. In… and out. Good job, Little Bear.”

Little Bear says, “I like that. I feel a little better. But the dark is still big.”

Miss Owl says, “Let's listen. Do you hear your friends? They are here with you.”

Little Bear hears soft sounds. Little Rabbit yawns. Little Fox giggles. Little Mouse whispers, “Good night.”

Little Bear whispers, “Good night, friends.” He hugs his blanket tight.

Miss Owl says, “Would you like to hold your star night-light?”

Little Bear nods. “Yes, I like my star. It shines. I see the soft glow.

Miss Owl smiles. “Look, the room is soft and cozy. The dark is not scary now.”

Little Bear says, “The dark is soft now. I am safe. My friends are here. My blanket is here. My star is here. I am okay.”

Miss Owl says, “If you feel scared, take a breath. Hold your blanket. Hold your star. Listen to your friends. Remember, you are safe.”

Little Bear says, “I am brave. I am safe. I can rest in the dark.”

Miss Owl says, “Yes, you are brave. The dark is just a little part of the room.”

Little Bear smiles. He takes a deep breath. He snuggles his blanket. The room is comfy and warm.

Little Bear whispers, “Good night, dark. Good night, friends. Good night, Miss Owl.”

Little Bear closes his eyes and sleeps.
