Lily woke up with a big smile. “It's my birthday!” she cheered. Today was special. She wanted to have a fun party with her friends.
“Let's make a cake!” said Lily. She mixed flour, sugar, and eggs. “Stir, stir, stir!” she giggled. The batter was messy, but it was so much fun!
Next, Lily wanted balloons. “Fly, little balloons!” she said, as she tied them up. But oh no! One balloon popped! “Pop! Oh no!” she laughed. “More balloons!”
Lily ran to her friends, Mia and Zoe. “Help me!” she called. Mia was in her little chair, and she smiled wide. Zoe jumped up, “Let's find more balloons!”
They looked everywhere. “Under the table? No!” said Lily. “In the garden? Yes!” They found bright red and yellow balloons. “Yay!” they cheered together.
Now, it was time for games. “Let's play tag!” said Zoe. Lily ran fast, her friends giggling behind her. “Catch me if you can!” they laughed.
Finally, it was time for the cake. “Happy birthday to me!” sang Lily. They all clapped.
Lily cut the cake and shared it. “Yummy!” said Mia, and they all smiled with sticky fingers.
“Best birthday ever!” Lily said. “Thank you, friends!”
The sun was setting. The sky turned pink and orange. “More birthdays to come!” whispered Lily.
They all hugged. “Together, forever!” they giggled.
