In a cozy little house, a small boy named Leo loved the autumn. The leaves turned bright orange, yellow, and red. They danced down from the trees. Leo clapped his hands and giggled.
“Mama, look at the leaves!” Leo said, pointing.
“They are so pretty, Leo!” Mama replied. “Let's play outside.”
Leo ran to the door. “Yes, outside! Leaves, leaves!” He jumped into a pile of crunchy leaves.
“Crunch, crunch, crunch!” said Leo with a big smile.
“Can you hear the leaves?” Mama asked.
“Yes! I hear!” Leo laughed.
After playing, they went back inside. The house smelled sweet with pumpkin pie.
“Mama, what is this?” Leo asked, sniffing the air.
“That's pumpkin pie,” Mama said. “We make it in autumn. It's yummy!”
“Yummy pie!” Leo cheered.
They sat at the table, and Mama shared stories. “In autumn, we celebrate harvest time,” she explained. “The farmers work hard to gather food.”
“Food, food!” Leo clapped.
“Yes, little pumpkin,” Mama said, smiling. “And we can share with family.”
Leo felt warm inside. “I love autumn!” he declared.
Mama hugged him tight. “Autumn is special, Leo. It brings us family, fun, and tasty treats.”
Together they watched the leaves fall outside, knowing that autumn would always be a time of joy.
