Captain Jack wakes up on his big, blue boat. The sun is bright. The sea is soft. Jack puts on his hat. He smiles. “Today is a good day for an adventure, he says.

Jack sails his boat. He sees a small island. “Let's go!” says Jack. The boat moves. The wind is fun. Jack laughs. There are little fish jumping. He waves at them.

The boat stops at the sandy beach. Jack steps out. His boots leave little marks. He walks slow. There are shells. There are crabs. Jack says, “Hello, crab!” The crab waves back.

Jack finds a big rock. On the rock is a shiny box. Jack tries to open it. The box is stuck. Jack thinks. He asks, “What should I do?” He taps the box. Nothing. He pulls the box. It wiggles! Jack smiles. He is strong. He is smart.

Jack opens the box. Inside is a banana! Jack laughs. “A pirate snack!” he says. He sits on the sand and eats his banana. He sees birds. He shares with the birds. The birds sing a happy tune.

Jack goes back to his boat. The sky is pink and soft. Jack feels happy and proud. He sails home, waving at the sea.
