In a cozy little garden, there lived a cheerful two-year-old girl named Lily. The sun was shining, and the leaves were turning golden and red. "Look at the leaves!" Lily said with a big smile. "They are like little suns!"
Lily loved autumn. She loved how the air felt cool and fresh. She loved how the trees wore bright colors. "Let's play!" she giggled.
One sunny day, Lily went into the garden with her fluffy teddy bear, Mr. Cuddles. "Come on, Mr. Cuddles! Let's see the leaves!" she said. They walked under the big oak tree. The leaves danced down from the branches, swirling and twirling. "Whoosh!" went the leaves. "Look, Mr. Cuddles! They are falling like magic!"
Lily picked up a leaf. It was crunchy and crinkly. "Hear that?" she whispered to Mr. Cuddles. "Crunch, crunch!" They crunched the leaves together, laughing with delight.
Then, Lily saw her neighbor, Mr. Brown. He was planting tiny trees in his garden. "Hi, Mr. Brown!" Lily called. "What are you doing?"
Mr. Brown smiled. "I'm planting trees for next year. They will grow big and strong!"
Lily clapped her hands. "Can I help?"
"Of course!" said Mr. Brown. "Here, hold this little tree."
Lily held the tiny tree carefully. "It's so cute!" she said. "Like a baby tree!"
After planting, Mr. Brown and Lily looked at the sky. "Look at the clouds!" Mr. Brown said. "They look like soft pillows."
Lily giggled. "Pillow clouds!" she said, imagining fluffy pillows floating above.
As the sun began to set, the garden glowed with warm colors. "Time to go home," said Lily. "But I love autumn!"
"Me too," said Mr. Brown.
Lily waved goodbye, holding Mr. Cuddles tight. "Goodbye, Mr. Brown! Goodbye, leaves! See you tomorrow!"
That night, as the stars twinkled, Lily snuggled with Mr. Cuddles. "Autumn is magic," she whispered. "I can't wait for more adventures!"
And with a happy heart, Lily drifted off to sleep, dreaming of leaves, trees, and friendly clouds.
