There are four children: A girl named Lily, about 6 years old, with curly blonde hair, wearing a pink hat and red mittens, holding Tom's hand. A boy named Tom, about 6 years old, with short brown hair, wearing a blue coat and black boots, holding a string of lights in the other hand. A boy named Ben, about 5 years old, with messy red hair, wearing a green scarf and a red coat, hanging a small golden bell on the tree. A girl named May, about 5 years old, with black braided hair, wearing a purple coat and a yellow scarf, clapping joyfully near Ben. The setting is a snowy garden with trees covered in glistening snow. A small fir tree stands in the center, decorated with colorful lights and a red bow. The main scene shows the children decorating the tree with expressions of joy and focus. Snow falls gently around them, creating a magical and festive atmosphere. report a problem with this image

Snow fell soft. Four small friends went out to play. They wore warm hats and red mittens. Tiny boots left dots on white snow.

Lily held Tom's hand. Ben held May's hand. They walked slow. They sang a low song. The song was bright and calm. Little lights hung on the trees. They blinked like kind stars.

They found a small tree. It had no lights. “Let us help,” said Lily. They placed a string of warm lights. Tom gave a red bow. Ben hung a small bell. May smiled and clapped. The tree looked glad.

A mitten fell in the snow. May saw it and ran. Tom ran too. They dug with small hands. The mitten was warm again. They cheered and hugged.

At home, a plate of soft cookies waited. A cup of warm milk steamed. They ate and drank in a cozy room. The fire made a soft glow. A cat purred near the rug. The children were snug and calm.

At night they put their heads on soft pillows. Stars smiled through the window. They whispered, “Good night.” The room felt full of light and love. They slept with small smiles on their faces.

Kind hearts make Christmas warm and bright.
