Lily was a little girl with sparkly eyes. She woke up to see snowflakes dancing outside her window. "Oh, look!" she said, pointing.
Her teddy bear, Mr. Cuddles, sat beside her. "Today's Christmas!" Lily giggled.
Downstairs, the Christmas tree twinkled with lights. "Twinkle-twinkle!" Lily clapped her hands. Mommy and Daddy were there with warm smiles.
"Let's bake cookies!" Mommy said. Lily mixed the dough, "Mix-mix!" Flour puffed up, "Poof!" Lily laughed.
Soon, the smell of cookies filled the house. "Yum-yum!" said Lily. They hung stockings, "Hop!" by the fireplace.
Daddy whispered, "Santa's coming tonight." Lily nodded, hugging Mr. Cuddles tight.
Later, they read a story by the fire. The world felt warm and safe. Lily yawned, "Night-night," she said.
Her parents kissed her cheeks, "Sweet dreams, Lily."
In her sleep, Lily dreamt of reindeer flying, "Whoosh-whoosh!" and stars twinkling brighter than ever.
The quiet house wrapped Lily in love and magic. She knew Christmas was special, filled with hugs, joy, and sparkles.
Love makes every day magical.
