In a cozy little house, Rosie, a sweet girl of two, was getting ready for Christmas. She wore her fluffy red pajamas and cuddled her soft teddy bear. The room was full of twinkling lights, and the Christmas tree sparkled with shiny ornaments.
Rosie looked out the window. Snowflakes danced in the air like tiny stars. "Look, Teddy!" she said, pointing. "Snow!"
Mama came in with a tray of warm milk and cookies. "Would you like a treat, Rosie?" she asked with a gentle smile.
Rosie nodded excitedly. "Cookies, please!" she said, reaching for the plate. She munched happily, and Teddy sat by her side, pretending to eat too.
After finishing her snack, Rosie helped Mama hang colorful stockings by the fireplace. "Santa will come soon," Mama whispered. Rosie giggled, her eyes wide with wonder.
Later, Papa came in with a big book. "Story time?" he asked. Rosie clapped her hands in delight. Papa read about reindeer and sleighs, his voice soft and warm.
As the story ended, Rosie yawned. Mama tucked her into bed, wrapping her in a cozy blanket. "Night, night, little one," Mama said, kissing Rosie's cheek.
Rosie snuggled with Teddy, her eyes growing heavy. She dreamed of Santa's sleigh flying across the sky, reindeer prancing and bells jingling.
In the morning, Rosie awoke to gentle sunlight peeking through the curtains. She jumped out of bed and ran to the living room. There, under the tree, were bright packages and a stocking full of treats.
Rosie hugged Teddy and smiled. "Christmas is here!" she chirped happily. Mama and Papa joined her, sharing hugs and laughter.
And so, in the warm glow of Christmas morning, Rosie learned that the best magic comes from love and joy shared with family.
