In a soft, green forest, under the whispering trees, lived a little mouse named Milo. Milo had tiny, twitchy whiskers and a heart full of wonder. One sunny morning, Milo found something special—a shiny, round pebble. It was a pebble that sparkled like the stars.
One day, the pebble rolled away, lost in the tall grass. "Oh no!" said Milo. "Where are you, little star pebble?" Milo's tiny feet pattered through the forest, searching high and low.
First, Milo met Bella, the wise owl perched on a branch. "Hoo, hoo! What brings you here, Milo?" asked Bella.
"I lost my shiny pebble," said Milo, eyes big and round. "Have you seen it?"
"Look near the babbling brook," Bella hooted wisely.
Milo nodded and scurried to the brook, where the water sang a gentle song. There, he found Lily the frog leaping on a lily pad. "Ribbit, ribbit! What brings you here, little mouse?" asked Lily.
"I'm looking for my shiny pebble," said Milo. "Have you seen it?"
"Try the flower meadow," said Lily with a smile.
Milo hurried to the meadow, bright with colors. There, he found his pebble nestled in a soft bed of daisies. "Thank you, dear friends!" Milo squeaked with joy.
Milo learned that with a little courage and help from friends, lost things can be found. And from that day, Milo's pebble shone brighter, for it was now filled with the light of friendship.
