In the heart of the green forest, under the tall trees, lived Ella the little elephant. Ella had big, round ears and a happy smile. Every morning, the sun kissed her gray skin, and the birds sang sweet songs.
One soft morning, Ella woke up to a gentle breeze. She walked to the river to drink cool water. Her friend, Momo the monkey, sat on a smooth stone. “Hello, Ella!” said Momo. “Good morning, Momo!” said Ella.
Ella saw bright flowers near the river. She picked one with her trunk and gave it to Momo. Momo smiled and clapped his hands. “Thank you, Ella!” said Momo. Ella felt warm and happy inside.
Next, Ella saw Bibi the bird. Bibi looked sad. Her nest had fallen from the tree. Ella used her strong trunk to lift the nest back up. Bibi chirped, “Thank you, Ella!” Ella's heart felt light, like a floating feather.
As the sun went higher, Ella found a shady tree. She sat down to rest. Soon, her friends came. Momo brought her a sweet banana. Bibi brought her a tiny red berry. “Thank you, friends,” said Ella. They all shared a happy laugh.
The wind was soft. The leaves danced in the air. Ella felt loved by her friends. She closed her eyes and listened to the gentle sounds. The day was peaceful and kind.
