In a snowy village, little Lily was very excited. “It's almost Christmas!” she cheered, bouncing up and down. The snowflakes danced around her like tiny fairies. The trees were sparkly, and the lights twinkled brightly.

“Look, snow!” said Lily, clapping her hands. She loved the snow! It was fluffy and white. “Let's build a snowman!”

But oh no! The big Christmas tree in the town square was missing its star! “We need the star!” said Lily. “It's Christmas!”

She took a deep breath. “I will find it!” she declared.

Lily and her fluffy puppy, Buddy, went on a little adventure. They searched high and low, looking behind bushes and under blankets of snow. “Where's the star?” asked Buddy.

“Let's look again!” said Lily. Together they giggled and played in the snow.

Finally, under a snowy bush, they found a shining star! “Yay!” cheered Lily. “We did it!”

Together, they placed the star on the tree. “Now it's Christmas!” said Buddy. Lily smiled big. “Yes! Merry Christmas!”

The village sparkled brighter than ever, and they felt warm inside. With hearts full of joy, they knew they had saved Christmas!
