Lily was so excited. Today was the big Easter egg hunt! She put on her bunny ears and skipped outside. The city was full of colors. There were balloons, flowers, and lots of smiles.

Lily's mommy said, "Look, Lily, there are eggs to find!" Lily nodded and looked around. But then, she saw something shiny. It was a little note under a tree.

The note said, "Follow the clues for a special surprise!"

"Ooh, a surprise!" Lily giggled. She loved surprises. She showed the note to Mommy. "Can we follow it?" she asked.

Mommy smiled and said, "Let's go, little detective!"

The first clue said, "Find the big clock. Tick-tock, tick-tock." Lily knew the big clock. It was near the parade! She held Mommy's hand and they walked quickly to the clock.

By the clock, Lily found another note. It said, "Find the big red balloon." Lily looked up and saw a big red balloon floating by the market.

"There it is!" Lily pointed. They hurried over. There was a basket full of colorful eggs and another note.

This note said, "You've done so well! Now, look under the big tree with the pink flowers."

Lily ran to the big tree with pink flowers. There was a big, shiny egg waiting for her. Inside the egg was a little plush bunny.

"Wow!" Lily hugged the bunny tight. "Thank you, Mommy!"

Mommy hugged Lily. "You found the surprise, just like a clever bunny!"

Lily laughed. "I am a clever bunny!" They both laughed and held hands, enjoying the Easter day with love and joy.
