Lily woke up with a giggle. It was Easter! The sun peeked through her window, painting her room in golden light. “Today is the egg hunt!” she said, clapping her hands.

In the garden, colorful eggs were hiding. Daddy smiled. “Ready to find them?” he asked. Lily nodded with bright eyes.

First, Lily saw a red egg under the bush. “Look!” she said, pointing. She picked it up and put it in her basket. It felt cool and smooth.

Next, she found a blue egg by the tree. “Another one!” she cheered. The basket was getting full.

Then, under the big sunflower, there was a yellow egg. It was her favorite color. “Yellow like the sun!” she laughed.

The garden was full of happy colors. “I love Easter!” Lily sang as she danced around. Her bunny ears bounced on her head.

Mommy watched from the porch, smiling. “You're doing great, Lily!”

A little bird chirped, flying by. It landed near a pink egg. “Tweet-tweet,” it sang. Lily tiptoed closer. “Thank you, birdie!” she whispered, picking up the pink egg gently.

Her basket was full now, and Lily felt happy. She sat on the grass, looking at her eggs. They were all so pretty and bright.

Then, Mommy and Daddy joined her. “Let's open one,” Daddy suggested. Inside the eggs were little chocolates. Lily's eyes widened. “Yum!” she said, sharing a piece with Mommy and Daddy.

The garden was warm and sunny, and Lily hugged her basket. Easter was full of joy and colors, and she loved sharing it with her family.

At the end of the day, Lily felt sleepy. As she snuggled into bed, she whispered, “Thank you, Easter Bunny.”

The room was quiet and cozy. The day had been full of fun and love.

And Lily knew, sharing happiness makes every day brighter.
