A 2-year-old boy with messy brown hair and sparkling eyes is sitting in a large red-painted cardboard box, smiling with wonder. Next to him, a 3-year-old girl with braided blonde hair and a pink t-shirt is decorating the box with colorful stickers, looking at her friend with a big smile. The setting is a sunny garden filled with vibrant flowers, green grass, and tall trees with shiny leaves under a clear blue sky. The main scene shows the boy and girl building a cardboard rocket, imagining they are flying to the stars, surrounded by colorful bubbles floating in the air. report a problem with this image

Tommy wakes up. “Good morning, sun!” says Tommy. The sun is bright. Tommy smiles.

“Summer is here,” says Mommy. “No school today!”

Tommy claps. “Let's play!” says Tommy.

Tommy eats breakfast. “Yum, yum!” says Tommy. Mommy smiles.

Tommy goes outside. He sees green grass. He sees tall trees. A red flower waves in the wind.

“Hello, flower,” says Tommy. “Hello, tree,” says Tommy.

Tommy sees his friend Lily. “Hi, Lily!” says Tommy.

“Let's have fun!” says Lily.

Tommy gets paper and colors. “Let's draw,” says Tommy.

Tommy draws a sun. Lily draws a flower. “Look! Pretty!” says Tommy.

Tommy asks, “What next?”

“Let's make bubbles!” says Lily.

Tommy blows bubbles. Lily laughs. The bubbles go up and up. “Pop!” says Tommy. “Pop!” says Lily.

Tommy finds a big box. “What can we do?” asks Tommy.

“Let's make a rocket!” says Lily.

Tommy and Lily put stickers on the box. Tommy sits inside. “Zoom!” says Tommy. “I fly to the stars!”

Tommy's tummy rumbles. “Time for lunch,” says Mommy.

Tommy and Lily eat sandwiches. “Yummy!” says Tommy.

After lunch, Tommy and Lily look at books. They see colors and shapes.

Tommy says, “I like summer. Summer is fun. Every day, we play. Every day, we learn.”

Mommy hugs Tommy. “You are happy. You are kind.”

Tommy smiles. “I love summer days. I love friends. I love my home.”
