Once upon a time, in a sunny little park, there were two best friends, Lily and Mia. They were both three years old. Lily had curly hair and loved to giggle. Mia had straight hair and loved to jump!

One day, Lily said, “Let's play on the swings!”

“Yay!” shouted Mia. “I love swings!”

They ran to the swings. Whoosh! Up they went, higher and higher. But oh no! Mia's shoe flew off!

“Look, it's a flying shoe!” laughed Lily.

“Catch it!” Mia giggled.

The shoe landed on a tree. “Oh no!” said Mia. “How do we get it down?”

“Let's climb!” said Lily. They both climbed, but they were not very good at climbing. They slipped and giggled. Down they went, bump!

“We need a plan!” said Mia.

“I have an idea!” said Lily. “Let's use a stick!”

They found a long stick and poked the shoe.

“Poke, poke!” went the stick.

“Almost there!” cheered Mia.

But the shoe was stuck tight! They both pulled the stick. “One, two, three, pull!”

Whoosh! The shoe flew down, and it landed right on Mia's head!

“Now you have a hat!” laughed Lily.

Mia giggled, “I'm a shoe hat girl!”

They both laughed and danced.

“Let's go back to swinging!” said Mia.

“Yay!” said Lily.

They swung and laughed, and their friendship grew.

“What fun!” giggled Mia.

“Best day ever!” said Lily.

And from that day on, they always remembered: with friends, every adventure is funny!
