A man named Max with a round face, short brown hair, a big smile and bright eyes wears a white-and-blue spacesuit with a large clear helmet; joyful and amazed, he gently jumps out of a small colorful spaceship onto the Moon surface with one foot in the air and arms open, no other people present, a smooth silvery moon rock sparkles beside his boots, the scene shows the pale gray cracked ground with small rounded hills and crescent footprints under a black starry sky, and the small blue-and-white Earth on the horizon; simple, clear, high-contrast rounded shapes suitable for toddlers. report a problem with this image

In a quiet spaceship, there was a man named Max. He liked to go "zoom" in his spaceship. One day, Max decided to visit the moon. He put on his shiny space helmet. "Hop," he said, jumping into his spaceship.

Max pressed the green button. "Beep, beep," went the spaceship. Up it flew, past the fluffy clouds and into the sparkly stars. Max looked out the window. "Wow," he said. The stars twinkled like tiny lights.

Soon, Max saw the moon. It was big and round. "Hello, Moon," Max said. The moon looked like a silver ball in the sky. Max landed his spaceship with a gentle "bump."

He stepped onto the moon. "Boing, boing," went his boots. The moon felt soft and bouncy. Max picked up a moon rock. It was smooth and cool. "I will take you home," he said to the rock.

Max looked around. He saw Earth far away. "Time to go back," he said. He hopped back into his spaceship. "Zoom," and off he went.

Back on Earth, Max smiled. He loved his moon adventure. He knew he could always visit again.

Always remember, adventures can be fun and safe, and home is always waiting for you.
