Lily's mommy sits next to her. "What do you see, Lily?" asks Mommy.

"Sand! Water! People playing!" says Lily.

Mommy smiles. "That looks like fun, Lily," she says. "Maybe we can visit the beach one day."

Lily nods. "Yes, yes!" she says. She turns the page.

The book shows a park. "Swing, swing!" says Lily. She loves swings.

Lily's daddy walks over. "What's in the book, Lily?" he asks.

"A park! A big park!" says Lily.

"Maybe we can go to the park tomorrow," says Daddy.

Lily claps her hands. "Yes, please!" she says.

Lily closes the book. She feels happy. Summer is fun, and with Mommy and Daddy, every day is a new adventure.
