In a bright, sunny land, there lived a little girl named Lily. One day, she found a sparkling river that danced in the light. "What a pretty river!" she said, splashing her tiny feet.

As she played, a wise old turtle appeared. "Hello, little one!" he said softly. "Do you see the river?"

"Yes!" giggled Lily. "It sparkles like my dreams!"

The turtle smiled. "The river shows us who we are. It flows, just like our thoughts."

"How do thoughts flow?" asked Lily, tilting her head.

"They go up and down, like waves," said the turtle. "Sometimes happy, sometimes sad. It's okay to feel all the waves."

Lily thought for a moment. "So, my feelings can change?"

"Yes, little star!" the turtle nodded. "Just like the river changes with the sun, your heart can change too."

Lily splashed again. "What if my heart feels heavy?"

The turtle replied gently, "You can share your feelings. Friends can help your heart feel lighter."

"Like sharing my toys!" Lily clapped her hands. "What else can I learn?"

"Look at the trees," the turtle said, pointing. "They stand tall, even when the wind blows. Be strong like them. Be kind, just like the river."

Lily smiled wide. "I will be strong and kind!"

As the sun began to set, painting the sky pink, Lily waved goodbye to the turtle. "Thank you, wise friend!"

"Remember, little one, the river of life flows within you," he called back.

Lily skipped home, her heart full of light. "I can be strong, I can be kind!" she sang, as stars twinkled above, bright like her dreams.
