A smiling, wide-eyed 2-year-old girl with light curly brown hair sits in the grass by a dusk pond in a blue-and-white polka-dot dress, offering a small piece of cake to a beige plush rabbit she holds, while a beige stuffed rabbit beside her seems to receive it, an orange fish flicks its fin at the pond's edge, a yellow bird brings a small flower, white lily pads and round pebbles dot the foreground, and a pastel sky with a first twinkling star reflects rosy and blue tones on the water. report a problem with this image

A small girl walks in soft grass. She has big eyes. She looks at the sky. She asks, "What is joy?" Her toy rabbit listens. The wind hums a calm tune. She sits by a blue pond. A little fish waves. She asks, "Why do we care?" A leaf floats by and says, "Try." The girl smiles. She shares a small bite of cake with her rabbit. Her laugh is bright. A bird brings a bloom. She asks, "Who is my friend?" The rabbit hugs her foot. The bird sings. The girl says, "I like you." She pats the fish. The pond gleams. Night comes slow and soft. A star peeks. The girl says, "Hello star." The star twinkles. She feels warm. She hugs her rabbit. Her eyes close. She dreams of kind things. Dawn will come and play. All is calm. All is safe. All is close.

Moral: Kind words make small hearts brave and warm.
