Fox runs, hop, hop, hop! The ball rolls fast. Fox laughs.
Mommy rolls the ball. Fox chases the ball.
“Catch, Fox!” says Mommy.
Fox jumps. Fox catches the ball.
“Yay!” laughs Fox. Fox feels so excited.
Fox hugs Mommy.
“Play again?” asks Fox.
“Yes,” says Mommy.
They play and play. Fox laughs and squeaks.
Soon, Fox feels tired. The ball is still.
Fox's body is calm now. Fox sits with Mommy.
“Excited, then calm,” says Mommy.
Fox smiles. It is okay.
Feelings come and go.
Fox feels happy and safe.
