A smiling proud little girl with brown pigtails, shiny blue boots and a silver suit steps out of a small polished round rocket and runs into her family's arms: her mother with tied blonde hair in a red polka-dot dress reaches out, her bearded father in a green shirt waves warmly, and a curly-haired toddler in yellow pajamas runs laughing nearby; they stand in a grassy garden at sunset with a light-blue wooden house, blinking yellow string lights and pale stars in a violet sky, the rocket's warm light illuminating their faces in a joyful, tender moment. report a problem with this image

Anna puts on her blue boots. She climbs into her little silver rocket. The rocket is round and shiny. Anna smiles. “I am ready!” she says.

She presses the big green button. The rocket goes up, up, up. Outside, stars look like little dots. Anna looks out her window. “Hello, stars,” she says. The rocket is quiet. Anna feels safe.

Anna sees a big red planet. She turns her rocket wheel. The rocket flies close. Anna sees the red rocks. Anna waves. “Hello, planet,” she says.

Anna eats a small snack. She drinks water from her cup. The rocket is warm. Anna feels happy.

Anna sees a blue light. It is a small moon. The moon is round and bright. Anna presses her yellow button. The rocket goes slow. She looks and smiles. “Hello, moon,” Anna says.

Anna's rocket is strong. It goes back towards Earth. Anna sees her home. She feels good inside. Anna lands softly. The rocket door opens. Anna steps out. She sees her family. They wave. Anna hugs them.

Anna says, “I went to space! I saw stars, a planet and a moon. I feel brave and happy.”

It is good to explore, and it is good to come home.
