The Little Star and the Three Friends
Once upon a time, in a soft, twinkling sky, there lived a little star named Twinkle. Twinkle was bright and happy, but he felt lonely. He wanted to play with friends.
One sunny day, down on the green, grassy earth, three little boys named Max, Leo, and Sam played together. They laughed and ran, but they looked up and saw Twinkle shining brightly.
“Look at that star!” Max said, pointing. “He's so shiny!”
“Let's say hello!” Leo added, smiling wide.
“Hello, Twinkle!” shouted Sam, waving his tiny hand.
Twinkle heard them and felt a warm glow. “Hello, little friends! I'm so lonely up here. Can I come down to play?”
The boys looked at each other, their eyes sparkling with joy. “Yes! Come down, Twinkle!” they cheered.
With a gentle swoosh, Twinkle floated down, landing softly next to them. “What games do you play?” he asked, his voice like a soft breeze.
“We play tag!” Max said, bouncing on his toes. “You can be it!”
Twinkle giggled. “Okay! One, two, three… here I come!” He chased the boys, his light sparkling like tiny diamonds in the sun.
They ran and ran, their laughter ringing like sweet music in the air. Twinkle felt his heart fill with joy.
After playing, they all sat in the soft grass, looking at the sky. Twinkle said, “I thought I was just a star in the sky. But now, I know I can shine brighter with friends.”
The boys smiled. “Together, we can shine!” they agreed.
And from that day on, Twinkle was never lonely again. He learned that friends make everything brighter and happier.
The sun began to set, painting the sky in lovely colors. Twinkle waved goodbye, promising to visit again.
“Goodnight, Twinkle!” the boys called.
“Goodnight, my friends!” Twinkle replied, shining even brighter.
And so, the little star and his friends learned that friendship lights up the darkest nights, reminding us all to share our light with one another.
