Lily loved summer. She was two years old, and every day was a new adventure. One sunny morning, Lily woke up with a big smile. “Today is a fun day!” she said.
Lily had a special book about summer. It had bright pictures of beaches, flowers, and ice cream. She opened the book. “Look, Mommy! Beach!” she pointed. Mommy smiled. “Yes, Lily! Let's pretend we are at the beach!”
They spread a big blanket on the grass. “This is our sand,” Mommy said. They made a sandcastle with soft toys. “Look at our castle!” Lily giggled. “It's so big!”
Next, they saw a movie about summer festivals. “Look, balloons!” Lily shouted. “And dancing!” Mommy danced with her. They twirled and laughed. “We are dancing too!” Lily said happily.
Later, they invited Grandma to join them. “Let's have a picnic!” Grandma said. They made sandwiches and lemonade. “Yummy!” said Lily, munching happily. “I love summer!”
As the sun began to set, Lily looked at her family. “Summer is fun!” she said, feeling warm and happy. “I love my family! I love summer!”
And every summer day was full of joy, laughter, and love.
