A 4-year-old girl named Milly, with sparkling eyes and a bright smile, wears shiny red boots and a colorful hat. She is jumping for joy, surrounded by shimmering bubbles floating around her. Next to her, Ben, a 5-year-old boy with messy brown hair and a striped t-shirt, holds a bubble solution bottle, laughing while trying not to splash Milly. Zoey, a 4-year-old girl with braided blonde hair, sits on a checkered blanket, holding a red apple and smiling at the bubbles. Milo, a 5-year-old boy with glasses and a blue t-shirt, enjoys popping the bubbles with his hands. The setting is a sunny park with a large leafy tree providing shade, a colorful blanket spread on the green grass, and multicolored flowers dancing in the wind. The main scene shows Milly and her friends playing with soap bubbles, laughing as a giant bubble floats above them, ready to pop. report a problem with this image

Part One: The Giggle Group

Milly wore her red boots and her biggest smile. Today was picnic day with her friends! Ben brought a stripy blanket. Zoey carried a basket of apples. Milo brought... a very loud squeaky duck. “Quack! Quack!” went the duck. Everyone laughed!

They spread the blanket under a big old tree. “Let's share the apples,” said Zoey. “After you!” said Ben with a bow. Milly giggled, “So polite!” She remembered what her dad always said, “Sharing is caring, Milly!”

Then Milly spotted something shiny behind the tree. “Look!” she shouted, leaping up. It was a box with pictures of bubbles all over it.

Part Two: Bubbles and Silly Mix-Ups

Inside the box was a bubble kit: a bottle of soap, five bubble wands, and a rainbow banderole all folded up. “Let's make big bubbles!” cheered Milo.

Ben tried first. “Please pass the soap,” he asked. “Here you go!” said Milly. But Ben squeezed too hard. Soap went SPLAT on his nose! Everybody giggled.

Zoey dipped her wand. She blew and blew. “Nothing happens!” she said. Milo pointed, “Turn it the other way!” Now bubbles floated up, round and shiny. “Wow!” Milly clapped.

Then Milly tried. She blew a giant bubble. It wobbled, it shook, it popped—right on her own hat! “Oops!” she squeaked. Everyone laughed, even the squeaky duck.

They took turns, always saying, “Please” and “Thank you.” Bubbles danced everywhere. Bubbles on noses! Bubbles on toes! Bubbles even on the duck's head.

Part Three: A Gentle Ending

After many, many bubbles, Zoey found the rainbow banderole at the bottom of the box. “What's this?” she asked. Ben unfolded it. “It says, ‘Friends make the best bubbles!'”

They all smiled. Milly said softly, “Thank you, everyone. This was the best day.” Ben nodded, “Thank you for sharing, Milly.” Zoey and Milo said together, “Thank you for being polite!”

The sun was sleepy. The giggles grew quiet. They folded the banderole, put away the bubbles, and lay on the soft blanket. Bubbles, friends, and lots of thank yous.

What a sweet, silly day with friends.
