A smiling, kind superhero in a shiny blue costume with a silky cape and large red hat gently returns a bird's nest to a branch on a green lawn; a small bright yellow fluffed bird with partly open wings perches nearby watching with gratitude; a brown-and-white fluffy puppy wags its tail at the hero's knees as if just rescued from a puddle; a little girl of about four in a pink polka-dot dress with pigtails holds her rescued teddy, standing near blue metal swings and gazing admiringly; park daytime with a thick-trunked tree with round leaves, clear blue sky with soft clouds, warm sunset light, saturated colors and soft rounded shapes. report a problem with this image

In a bright, happy city called Sunnytown, there lived a super-hero named Flashy Fred. Fred wore a shiny, blue cape and a big, red hat. He had special powers. He could run faster than a car and jump higher than a tree.

One sunny morning, Fred was eating his cereal when he heard a little bird say, "Help! Help!" Fred looked out the window. The bird's nest had fallen from a tree.

Fred smiled and said, "I will help!" He zoomed outside, his cape fluttering like a flag. With a gentle swoosh, he picked up the nest and placed it back in the tree. The bird chirped happily. "Thank you, Fred!" it said.

Later that day, a fluffy puppy was stuck in a puddle. "Oh no!" barked the puppy. Fred giggled and said, "I can help!" He hurried over and lifted the puppy to safety. The puppy wagged its tail and licked Fred's face.

As the sun began to set, Fred saw a little girl crying by the swings. "What happened?" Fred asked softly. "I lost my teddy," she sniffled. Fred nodded and checked under the slide. There was the teddy bear! Fred handed it to the girl, who hugged it tight.

Fred waved goodbye to everyone as the stars twinkled above. He felt happy helping his friends.

Helping others is a wonderful way to make the world bright.
