Chapter 1: Benny the Bunny at Carnival Day

Benny the Bunny woke up with big, happy eyes. Today was Carnival Day at the school! Benny loved Carnival Day. There were bright balloons, sparkling streamers, and lots of music. Benny wiggled his nose. “Today is going to be hop-hop-hoppy!” he said.

Benny had a shiny blue hat and a big, bouncy bow tie. He wanted to show his friends, Mia Mouse and Toby Turtle. “Look at my hat!” said Benny, hopping to Mia. But the playground was so full! So many children, and so many colors! Benny looked and looked, but he could not see Mia. He could not see Toby.

“Oh dear,” said Benny. “Where are my friends?” Benny looked left. Benny looked right. Benny saw bright red costumes, green paper crowns, and yellow polka dots. Benny saw giggles and smiles everywhere. But Benny did not see his friends.

Chapter 2: Benny's Carnival Adventure

Benny walked past the face-painting table. “Would you like a pink nose?” asked Mrs. Duck. Benny shook his head and smiled. “Thank you, but I have my own pink nose!” Benny giggled.

Next, Benny saw a spinning wheel. “Spin for a prize!” shouted Mr. Cat. Benny spun and won a shiny sticker. “Hooray!” cheered Benny. But he still wanted to find his friends.

Benny hopped past the cookie stand. He smelled sweet sugar. “Would you like a cookie?” asked Cookie Bear. Benny took a tiny nibble. “Thank you, Cookie Bear!” said Benny. Benny felt a little better. But he still missed Mia and Toby.

Suddenly, Benny heard a friendly voice. “Benny! Benny!” called Mia Mouse, wearing a red ribbon. “There you are!” said Toby Turtle, waving a green flag. Benny's heart felt warm and happy. “I missed you!” said Benny.

Chapter 3: Back Together for the Parade

Benny, Mia, and Toby held hands. They marched, they danced, and they sang a silly song. “Carnival friends, carnival fun, hop and skip and have a run!” they sang. Benny laughed. His blue hat bounced and his bow tie twirled.

The three friends joined the big parade. They waved to everyone. They clapped and cheered. Around them, everyone smiled and sang.

At the end of the day, Benny snuggled close to his friends. “Carnival is so much fun with you,” Benny said. Mia and Toby nodded. “Together, everything is better!” said Mia Mouse.

And Benny the Bunny felt happy and safe, full of carnival joy, with his friends by his side.
