There are seven people: Oliver, a 6-year-old brown-haired boy in a blue T-shirt holding a large bouquet of daisies standing left near the sofa; Sam, a 5-year-old blond boy in a green T-shirt smiling with a jam-covered toast, slightly in front of Oliver; Max, a 6-year-old curly chestnut-haired boy in a red T-shirt carrying a tray with mini rolls and a cup at the center in front of the sofa; Leo, a 4-year-old straight black-haired boy in a yellow T-shirt with jam on his nose laughing at the right near the sofa arm; Oliver’s mother, a 30-year-old woman with long wavy hair in a pastel dress sitting left on the sofa with surprised open hands; Max’s mother, a 32-year-old woman with hair in a bun wearing a soft sweater sitting right on the sofa with tearful eyes; and the grandmother, a 65-year-old short gray-haired woman in a polka-dot cardigan standing behind the sofa holding a sparkling box of cupcakes. The setting is a bright cozy living room with a large beige sofa, colorful cushions, a light wood coffee table with a small vase, soft peach walls and a window letting in a golden sunbeam. Once upon a time, four little boys named Oliver, Sam, Max, and Leo woke up with the sun shining brightly through their windows. Today was a very special day—it was Mother's Day! The boys were excited because they wanted to make their moms very happy.

Oliver, Sam, Max, and Leo put on their favorite colorful t-shirts and met in the garden. “Let's make a surprise for our moms!” said Oliver with a cheerful grin.

“Yes, let's make it the best day ever!” added Sam, clapping his hands.

First, they decided to pick flowers from the garden. Oliver spotted pretty daisies, Sam found tulips, Max picked roses, and Leo gathered some bright yellow sunflowers. They tied the flowers together with a big, sparkly ribbon. “This is beautiful!” said Max, looking very pleased.

Next, they thought about making a special breakfast. They went to the kitchen and found bread, butter, and jam. With lots of giggles, they spread the jam on the bread. Some jam landed on their noses, and they laughed even more. “Our moms will love this!” Leo said, trying to wipe the sticky jam off his cheek.

Just then, the doorbell rang. “Oh! An early guest!” said Sam, with surprise. It was Grandma, coming to celebrate Mother's Day too! The boys cheered and welcomed her with big hugs.

“Hello, my little helpers!” Grandma greeted them with a warm smile. “Are you planning something special?”

“Yes!” they all shouted together. “We've picked flowers and made breakfast!” said Oliver proudly.

Grandma chuckled. “That sounds wonderful. I'm sure your moms will love it.”

The boys carefully carried the breakfast tray and flower bouquet to the living room. Their moms were sitting on the sofa, sipping tea and chatting happily. “Surprise!” the boys shouted as they walked in with the gifts.

“Oh, how lovely!” the moms exclaimed with joy, their eyes twinkling with happy tears. “You've made our day so special!”

Oliver, Sam, Max, and Leo felt very proud. They sat on the floor, snuggled up by their moms, and shared the yummy breakfast they had made.

After breakfast, they all gathered around Grandma, who had brought a special treat—sparkly cupcakes! “Thank you, Grandma!” said Max, licking the icing from his fingers.

As the day went on, they played games, sang songs, and danced around the living room. It was a day full of laughter and love.

In the cozy afternoon, everyone sat outside in the warm sunshine. Oliver picked up a phone and said, “Let's call Grandpa and tell him about our day!”

With a little help from Grandma, they dialed Grandpa's number. “Hello, Grandpa!” they all shouted into the phone. They told him all about the flowers, the breakfast, and the fun they had.

Grandpa's voice was full of joy. “You boys are the best! I'm so proud of you all.”

As the day came to an end, the boys felt happy and sleepy. They had made their moms smile, had fun with Grandma, and shared a call with Grandpa.

“Today was the best Mother's Day ever,” whispered Leo, before closing his eyes.

And with that, the house grew quiet, filled with dreams and love, as the phone gently rested on the table, marking the end of a perfect day.
