Chapter 1: The First Visit

Lily was a little girl with big, bright eyes and curly hair that bounced when she walked. She was very excited because today was special. Today, she would visit her new school before the first day! Lily had a shiny red backpack and a new lunchbox with a cute unicorn on it.

“Are you ready, Lily?” called Mom, holding the door open.

“Yes!” said Lily, jumping up and down.

When they arrived at the school, the building looked so big and friendly. It had colorful windows and a bright yellow door. Lily took a deep breath and stepped inside.

“Wow!” said Lily, looking around. The hallway was filled with pictures of smiling children and bright decorations. “It's so pretty!”

Lily saw other children looking at their new classrooms. Some were a little shy, just like her, but others were giggling.

“Hello!” said a friendly teacher with short brown hair. “I'm Miss Sarah. Welcome to Sunnydale School!”

“Hi, Miss Sarah!” Lily replied, feeling happy.

“Would you like to see your classroom?” Miss Sarah asked with a big smile.

“Yes, please!” said Lily.

They walked down the hallway, and Lily saw a big door with colorful letters on it. It read “Room 4.” Miss Sarah opened the door, and Lily stepped inside.

“Oh!” Lily gasped. The classroom was filled with bright colors, and there were many fun things to play with—blocks, books, and art supplies.

“Look! We have a reading corner!” Miss Sarah pointed to a cozy space with fluffy pillows and soft blankets.

Lily smiled widely. “I love reading!”

“Here, we will make new friends and learn many exciting things!” Miss Sarah said.

Lily felt a warm flutter in her tummy. She couldn't wait for school to start!

Chapter 2: Meeting Friends

As Lily explored the classroom, she noticed a girl with pigtails building a tower with blocks.

“Hi! I'm Lily,” she said, walking over.

“I'm Mia!” the girl replied, smiling. “Do you want to help me build a tall tower?”

“Yes!” Lily exclaimed. Together, they stacked blocks, counting as they went.

“One, two, three…!”

Just then, another girl with glasses came over.

“Wow! That looks fun!” she said. “I'm Emma. Can I join?”

“Of course!” said Lily, feeling even happier.

The three girls built the tallest tower they could. They laughed as it wobbled and almost fell over.

“Let's make it a little stronger,” Mia said, carefully placing a block on top.

“Good idea!” Lily agreed.

After a while, their tower was so tall that it reached the ceiling!

“Yay!” they cheered together.

Miss Sarah clapped her hands. “Great teamwork, girls! This is what school is all about—making friends and working together!”

Lily beamed with joy. She liked her new friends and felt excited about all the fun they would have together.

Chapter 3: Ready for School

As the visit came to an end, Lily and her mom walked back to the car.

“What did you think?” Mom asked, smiling.

“I loved it!” Lily said, bouncing in her seat. “I made friends, and the classroom is so colorful! I can't wait for school to start!”

“Remember, Lily,” Mom said gently, “it's okay to feel a little nervous. Everyone feels that way sometimes.”

“I know, Mom. But I will think of my new friends, and it will be fun!” Lily replied confidently.

At home, Lily carefully packed her backpack with her favorite crayons and a special notebook. She wanted to be ready for the first day.

That night, Lily dreamed of fun projects, exciting games, and lots of laughter with her friends.

When the first day of school finally arrived, Lily woke up with a big smile.

“Today is the day!” she shouted.

With her shiny red backpack and sparkling eyes, she was ready to start her adventure at Sunnydale School.

And as she walked into her classroom, hand in hand with Mia and Emma, she knew that this year would be filled with joy, learning, and wonderful memories.

Lily felt happy and brave. School was a big, exciting place, and she was ready for all the fun it would bring!
