In a sunny little garden, Tilly the Turtle waddled around. “What a nice day!” she said, stretching her tiny legs.
Suddenly, Benny the Bunny hopped into the garden. “Hello, Tilly!” he shouted, his fluffy ears bouncing. “What are you doing?”
“I'm looking for something fun!” Tilly replied, her shell glistening in the sun.
Benny paused and thought. “Let's play hide and seek!”
“Okay!” said Tilly, a smile spreading across her face. “You count, and I'll hide!”
Benny closed his eyes. “One, two, three…”
Tilly giggled and slowly looked for a hiding spot. She saw a big, green leaf. “Perfect!” she whispered, tucking herself beneath it.
“Ten! Ready or not, here I come!” Benny shouted.
He hopped around the garden, looking high and low. “Hmm… Where is Tilly?” he wondered aloud.
Benny checked behind a flower. “Not here!” He peeked behind a rock. “Nope, not here either!”
Tilly covered her mouth to stop her giggles. “Hee hee!”
Finally, Benny spotted the big leaf moving. “Aha! I found you, Tilly!” he cheered.
Tilly popped out, laughing. “You're really good at this, Benny!”
“Let's play again!” Benny exclaimed, his eyes sparkling.
So, Tilly and Benny played and played, filling the garden with laughter.
