Chapter 1: A Cloudy Day

In a small, sunny neighborhood, four little girls loved to play together. Their names were Mia, Ruby, Emma, and Zoe. Every day after lunch, they met at the big tree in the park. Mia always wore a blue hat, Ruby liked her red shoes, Emma had a yellow dress, and Zoe loved her green scarf.

One cloudy day, Mia felt sad. She sat on the grass and looked at her shoes. Her favorite toy bunny was lost. She missed her bunny very much. When Ruby came running, she saw Mia's sad face.

“Hello, Mia! Why are you so quiet?” asked Ruby, kneeling down.

“I lost my bunny. I can't find it anywhere,” Mia whispered softly.

Ruby gave Mia a gentle hug. “Don't worry, we will help you,” she said.

Emma and Zoe soon joined them under the big tree.

“What's wrong, Mia?” Emma asked.

Mia sniffled. “I lost my bunny. I'm sad.”

Zoe smiled kindly and touched Mia's hand. “Let's look for it together. Friends always help each other.”

Chapter 2: Looking Together

The four friends started looking together. They checked under the slide. They checked behind the swings. They looked around the big tree.

“Is it here?” Emma asked, peeking under a bench.

“No, not here,” said Zoe, shaking her head.

Ruby pointed to the sandbox. “Let's check there! Maybe your bunny is hiding.”

All four girls walked to the sandbox. They looked and looked. Mia still couldn't see her bunny.

“I'm still sad,” Mia said softly.

Ruby held Mia's hand. “It's okay to feel sad. We are with you.”

Emma smiled. “We can play a game while we look. Let's hop like bunnies!”

The girls laughed and hopped around the park. Mia smiled a little. Her friends made her feel better.

Zoe stopped and looked under a bush. “What's this?” she called.

The other girls rushed over. There, under the bush, was Mia's bunny!

“My bunny!” Mia cheered. She hugged her bunny tight.

“Hooray!” shouted Ruby, Emma, and Zoe. They all jumped up and down.

Chapter 3: Friends Always Care

Mia looked at her friends. “Thank you for helping me. You made me feel happy again.”

Ruby grinned. “That's what friends do!”

Emma nodded. “We always help each other.”

Zoe smiled. “When we are together, we can do anything.”

The girls sat under the big tree. They shared their snacks and told funny stories. Mia felt warm and safe. She knew her friends cared for her.

“Let's always be friends,” Mia said.

“We will!” said Ruby, Emma, and Zoe.

The sun peeked out from behind the clouds. The girls laughed and played together. They knew that, with friends, even a cloudy day could become bright and happy.

And so, Mia learned that friends are special treasures. When you feel sad, friends help you feel better. When you are happy, friends laugh with you. Friendship makes every day wonderful.

The four girls promised to always care for each other, share their joys, and help when someone felt sad. Together, they made the best memories, and their friendship grew stronger every day.
