Under the big green trees, Sunny the stegosaurus wakes up. The sky is blue and the sun feels warm. Sunny looks at his shiny plates and smiles. He hears a funny sound. “Who is that?” says Sunny.
It is Tilly the little triceratops. “Hello, Sunny!” says Tilly. “Let's play!” Sunny feels happy. “Yes!” says Sunny. They walk to the tall ferns, and a big leaf covers Tilly's nose. “Oh no!” says Tilly. But Sunny helps. He lifts the leaf softly. Tilly giggles. “Thank you, Sunny!”
Soon, they meet Terry the tiny pterodactyl. Terry swoops down. “I want to play too!” says Terry. The dinosaurs clap their feet and laugh. They walk together and find a blue pebble. “Look!” says Sunny, “A treasure!” The friends sit in a circle. They touch the pebble. It feels cool.
Suddenly, dark clouds come. Rain begins to fall. “Rain!” says Terry. The friends look for a big tree. Sunny finds one. They all sit under the wide leaves. The rain makes soft music. Tilly hums. Terry flaps softly. Sunny closes his eyes and smiles.
The rain stops. The sun comes back. A rainbow shines. The friends hug. “I love playing with you,” says Sunny.
It is nice to help and play together.
