Chapter 1: Sunny Days at Forest School
Finn the little fox woke up early. The sun was shining bright, and the trees danced in the warm breeze. Finn smiled and stretched his paws. “Good morning, sunshine!” he giggled. Today was the first day of summer at the forest school.
Finn's best friend, Milla the squirrel, met him by the old oak tree. “Are you ready for summer fun?” Milla asked, her tail twitching with excitement.
Finn nodded. “I am! I can't wait to play and learn with you, Milla,” he said.
Together, Finn and Milla trotted to the big field where the other animals were waiting. Teacher Owl stood tall and wise. “Good morning, everyone! This summer, we will have many adventures. We will learn new things and play together,” Teacher Owl hooted.
Finn listened carefully. He loved to hear Teacher Owl talk about all the fun things they would do—camping, water games, painting, and even music days.
Chapter 2: Working Together
One sunny morning, Teacher Owl said, “Today, we will build a tent for camping! It will be our forest house.”
Finn's eyes sparkled. “Let's work together, Milla!” he said.
Finn held the sticks, and Milla tied them together with vines. At first, the sticks wobbled and fell. “Oops!” laughed Finn.
Milla giggled too. “Let's try again. We can do it!”
They tried again and again. Finn held the sticks tighter, and Milla tied the knots slower. At last, the tent stood tall.
“Hooray!” cheered Finn. “We did it together!”
Teacher Owl smiled. “Good job, Finn and Milla. When we help each other, we can do big things.”
That night, all the animals sat inside the tent. Finn and Milla listened to stories, snuggled safe under the soft leaves. Finn felt happy and proud.
Chapter 3: Summer Fun and New Friends
The next day, Finn and Milla played splash games at the river. They hopped on rocks and watched dragonflies zoom by. Splash, splash! Finn slipped and landed in the cool water. “Ha-ha, I'm a fish!” he laughed.
Then, Lila the small rabbit came by. She was shy and watched from the grass. Finn waved and said, “Come play with us, Lila!”
Lila smiled and joined in. Together, they splashed and laughed in the sunshine. Soon, Lila was not shy anymore.
After the games, Teacher Owl gathered the group. “What did we learn today?” he asked.
Finn thought for a moment. “We learned that playing together is fun. And we can make new friends.”
Teacher Owl nodded. “Yes, Finn. Summer is for learning, making friends, and working together.”
That evening, Finn lay in the grass with Milla and Lila. The stars twinkled above, and the summer air was warm. Finn whispered, “Thank you for this happy day.”
Milla and Lila whispered back, “We had fun too.”
Finn closed his eyes and dreamed of more sunny days, splashing rivers, and happy friends. And he knew that every summer day could bring something new and wonderful, as long as he shared it with friends.
