Chapter 1: The Big Idea

One sunny morning, three little boys named Max, Leo, and Sam were playing in the park. They were giggling and running around when Max said, "Tomorrow is Father's Day! We need to do something special for our dads!"

Leo's eyes sparkled. "What can we do?" he asked.

Sam thought really hard, then shouted, "Let's make a yummy cake!"

"Yes!" cheered Max. "A cake for our dads!"

"But wait," said Leo, scratching his head. "How do we make a cake?"

"We will figure it out together!" said Sam with a big smile.

So, the three friends decided to have a cake-making adventure. They ran back to Max's house, ready to start baking.

Chapter 2: Baking Fun

In the kitchen, Max's mom helped them gather all the ingredients. "You will need flour, eggs, sugar, and butter," she said.

Max, Leo, and Sam were so excited! They giggled as they poured flour everywhere. "Look at the snow!" laughed Leo.

"Snow in the kitchen!" shouted Max, pretending to make snowballs.

Sam said, "Okay, let's mix it all up!"

They took turns stirring the batter. It was sticky and gooey, and they made funny faces. "Yummy!" said Leo, licking his fingers.

"But we need to be patient," said Sam. "We have to wait for the cake to bake!"

They waited by the oven, counting the minutes. "One minute, two minutes, three minutes…" they counted together.

Finally, the timer rang! "Ding ding!" they shouted, jumping up and down.

The cake was golden and smelled delicious. "Now we need to decorate it!" said Max.

Chapter 3: A Sweet Surprise

The boys found sprinkles, chocolate chips, and colorful icing. They decorated the cake with big smiles. "This looks amazing!" said Leo.

"Now, let's hide it for our dads!" said Sam.

They carefully placed the cake in a box and sneaked outside. Just then, they saw their dads coming home. "Surprise!" they yelled as they jumped out from behind a tree.

The dads looked surprised! "What is this?" asked Max's dad, laughing.

"We made a cake for you!" shouted all the boys together.

The dads were so happy. They opened the box and saw the colorful cake. "Wow! This is the best cake ever!" said Leo's dad.

"Thank you, little chefs!" said Sam's dad, giving them big hugs.

They all sat down together, sharing the cake and laughing. The boys felt warm inside. They had worked hard, waited patiently, and now they could share something special with their dads.

And that was the best part of Father's Day. It wasn't just the cake, but the love and fun they all shared together.

"Happy Father's Day!" they shouted, with cake on their faces and smiles on their hearts.
