Once upon a time, there lived a cheeky little monkey named Max. Max loved to jump and swing from tree to tree. One sunny day, Max said, “Let's have a banana party!”
Max ran to his friend Bella, the bright bluebird. “Bella, let's have a banana party!” he chirped. Bella flapped her wings. “Yay! Bananas!” she sang.
Max climbed a tall tree. “I will pick the biggest bananas!” he shouted. Bella flew high. “I will sing songs!” she chirped happily.
Max jumped for the bananas. “Whoosh!” Down came a banana! “Oops!” He slipped and landed in a soft pile of leaves. Bella giggled. “Silly Max!”
Max picked up another banana. “Look, Bella! A big banana!” He giggled. “Let's eat!”
They sat under the tree. Max and Bella munched on bananas. “Yum!” said Max. “More bananas, please!”
Bella laughed. “More bananas!” she chirped. They ate and ate until their tummies were round and full.
Afterward, Max said, “Let's dance!” Bella sang a happy song. Max wiggled and jiggled. They danced together, laughing and having fun.
At the end of the day, Max smiled. “Best banana party ever!” said Max. Bella nodded. “Best friends forever!”
Max and Bella hugged. The sun set, and the sky turned orange. What a joyful day!
