Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Max. Max had curly hair and big, bright eyes. One sunny morning, Max woke up and heard, “Bing! Bong!” His sock drawer was giggling! Max tiptoed over. “Hello?” he said. Out popped a tiny wizard hat. It wiggled. “Hello, Max!” squeaked a sock. Max laughed, “Socks don't talk!” The sock jumped, “Hop, hop!” It spun round and round, “Wheee!”
Max clapped. “Let's play!” he said. The sock danced on his toes, “Boing!” Max put on the magic hat. Suddenly, his teddy bear blinked. “Good morning, Max!” said Teddy. Max blinked back, “Wow!” Teddy winked, “Let's have a picnic!” Max and Teddy made a picnic on the floor. The sock poured pretend tea, “Glug glug!” Teddy munched a cookie, “Mmm!” Max giggled, “Yum yum!”
Just then, the spoon sang, “La la la!” Max clapped, “Silly spoon!” The pillow rolled over, “Toot toot!” Max hugged Teddy, “I love you.” The sock jumped, “Hooray!” Max yawned, “Sleepy now.” Teddy said, “Magic is fun, but nap time is best.” Max smiled, “Good night, magic.”
And so, in Max's room, socks dance, spoons sing, and teddy bears love you always.
Magic is everywhere when you laugh and play together.
