He wears a small red backpack and reaches out to Hedgehog, a hedgehog with golden spikes and sad bright eyes, who stands slightly back with slumped shoulders, as if needing comfort. In the background, Bear Cub, a brown bear with large paws, and Fox, a red fox with pointed ears, stand beside a large oak tree, looking somewhat awkward with regretful expressions. The setting is a sunny schoolyard surrounded by tall green trees and colorful flowers, with wooden play structures and swings gently swaying in the wind. The scene depicts Little Wolf inviting Hedgehog to play, while Bear Cub and Fox watch with remorse, realizing the importance of kindness and friendship. report a problem with this image

Chapter 1: Little Wolf at School

Little Wolf woke up early. He stretched his furry paws and wagged his tail. “It's a new day!” he said, smiling at his reflection in the window. The sun was shining. The sky was blue. Little Wolf loved going to Forest School. He packed his red backpack and hurried outside.

Mama Wolf gave him a big hug. “Have a good day, Little Wolf,” she said. “Be kind and brave.”

“I will, Mama!” Little Wolf said.

At Forest School, Little Wolf saw his friends in the playground. The tall trees swayed gently. The birds chirped. Little Wolf liked the sound of laughter and paws thumping on the grass.

“Hi, Squirrel! Hi, Rabbit!” Little Wolf called.

“Hi, Little Wolf!” they answered.

But not everyone was happy. Near the big oak tree, Little Wolf saw Bear Cub and Fox. They were whispering and pointing at Hedgehog, who stood alone by the swing.

Hedgehog looked sad. His quills drooped. His eyes were shiny with tears.

Little Wolf felt a squeeze in his chest. “Why is Hedgehog sad?” he wondered.

He walked over to Hedgehog. “Hello, Hedgehog. Do you want to play with me?” he asked gently.

Hedgehog shook his head. “Bear Cub and Fox said my quills are silly. They laughed at me. Now I feel bad.”

Little Wolf's ears drooped. He felt sad for Hedgehog. “That's not kind. Everyone is special. Your quills are nice,” Little Wolf said.

Just then, Mrs. Owl, the teacher, rang her bell. “Time for class!” she called.

Little Wolf and Hedgehog walked to class together. Little Wolf wanted to help his friend. He wanted everyone to feel safe at school.

Chapter 2: The Hurtful Words

Inside the classroom, Mrs. Owl talked about kindness. “We use kind words. We help each other. We listen,” she said. She wrote the words on the board with her big, soft wings.

Little Wolf nodded. He liked these rules. But he saw Bear Cub and Fox giggling and whispering again. Hedgehog shrank in his seat.

At lunchtime, Bear Cub and Fox teased Hedgehog again. “Spikey, spikey, can't sit still!” they sang.

Hedgehog's face turned red. He hid behind his lunchbox. Little Wolf felt angry and worried. He wanted to help but did not know what to do.

Little Wolf remembered what Mama Wolf said: “If you see something wrong, tell someone you trust. Don't keep it inside.”

After lunch, Little Wolf saw Mrs. Owl sitting on a bench. She looked wise and kind. Little Wolf took a deep breath. He walked up to her.

“Mrs. Owl, can I talk to you?” he asked.

“Of course, Little Wolf. What's on your mind?” Mrs. Owl asked.

Little Wolf told her everything. He told her how Bear Cub and Fox teased Hedgehog. He told her how Hedgehog felt sad and alone.

Mrs. Owl listened carefully. She nodded her head. “You did the right thing, Little Wolf. Thank you for telling me. We want everyone to feel safe and happy at school,” she said.

Little Wolf felt a little better. He hoped Mrs. Owl could help.

Chapter 3: The School Meeting

The next day, Mrs. Owl called for a meeting. All the animals sat in a big circle. The classroom was quiet. Everyone listened.

Mrs. Owl spoke with a gentle voice. “Sometimes, words can hurt. Sometimes, actions can make others feel sad. If you see someone being unkind, what should you do?”

Squirrel raised her paw. “Tell a teacher or a grown-up,” she said.

“Very good, Squirrel,” Mrs. Owl said. “And what if you feel sad because of someone's words or actions?”

Rabbit said, “Talk to someone you trust. Don't keep it a secret.”

Mrs. Owl nodded. “Yes, always talk to someone you trust. We are here to help.”

Little Wolf looked at Hedgehog. Hedgehog gave a small smile.

Mrs. Owl continued, “We will have a Kindness Club. In the club, we help each other. We learn to be good friends. We learn to stand up for each other.”

Bear Cub and Fox looked at their paws. Mrs. Owl spoke kindly to them. “We can all learn to do better. We can say sorry and make things right.”

Bear Cub stood up. “I'm sorry, Hedgehog. I didn't mean to hurt you. I want to be nice.”

Fox said, “I'm sorry, too.”

Hedgehog smiled a little more. “Thank you,” he said softly.

Mrs. Owl smiled at everyone. “Remember, we are all special. We are all important. We help each other.”

Chapter 4: Online Safety and New Friends

A few days later, Mrs. Owl talked about computers and tablets. “Sometimes, people can be unkind online, too,” she said.

Little Wolf listened closely. He liked using Mama Wolf's tablet at home.

Mrs. Owl said, “If someone sends a mean message or picture, what should you do?”

Little Wolf raised his paw. “Tell a parent or a teacher. Don't answer the message.”

Mrs. Owl nodded. “Very good, Little Wolf. Always tell an adult you trust. Never keep it a secret.”

She showed the class a big colorful poster. It said:

BE SAFE ONLINE

BE KIND ONLINE

TELL SOMEONE YOU TRUST

Little Wolf liked the poster. He remembered the rules.

At recess, Little Wolf saw Hedgehog playing on the swings. Bear Cub and Fox were playing tag. Little Wolf smiled.

He walked over to Hedgehog. “Do you want to play tag with us?” he asked.

Hedgehog's eyes sparkled. “Yes, I want to play!”

Bear Cub and Fox ran over. “Come on, Hedgehog! You're fast!”

All the animals played together. They laughed. They ran. The sun was warm and bright.

Little Wolf felt happy. He was proud to help his friend. He was proud to speak up and be brave.

Chapter 5: Spreading Kindness

In the Kindness Club, Mrs. Owl gave everyone a special job. Little Wolf was the Kindness Helper. His job was to look out for friends who felt sad or left out.

Little Wolf liked his job. He wore a bright yellow badge. He smiled at everyone.

One day, Little Wolf saw Mouse sitting alone. Mouse looked shy and quiet.

Little Wolf sat down next to Mouse. “Hi, Mouse. Do you want to play with me?” he asked.

Mouse nodded. “Yes, please!”

Little Wolf and Mouse played together. Soon, Squirrel and Rabbit joined them. The group grew bigger and happier.

Mrs. Owl watched from her window. She smiled. The school was a happy place. The animals were learning to be kind.

At the end of the day, Little Wolf ran to Mama Wolf.

“Mama, today I helped my friends. I spoke up when someone was sad. I remembered the rules. I felt brave and happy.”

Mama Wolf hugged him tight. “I am proud of you, Little Wolf. You are strong and kind. You make the world better.”

Little Wolf snuggled close. He felt safe and loved.

Chapter 6: A Safe and Happy School

Every day, Little Wolf remembered the important lessons from school.

He remembered to use kind words.

He remembered to help others.

He remembered to tell a grown-up if someone was unkind.

He remembered to be safe online.

He remembered not to keep secrets about hurtful words.

At Forest School, the animals worked together. They made sure everyone felt welcome. They helped each other. They listened to each other's feelings.

Bear Cub and Fox learned to be good friends. They learned to say sorry and to be kind.

Hedgehog smiled more each day. He played with everyone. He felt happy and safe.

Little Wolf looked around his school. He saw happy faces. He heard laughter and kind words.

Little Wolf knew he was not alone. He knew he could always talk to someone he trusted. He knew he could be brave and kind.

And every night, as he closed his eyes, Little Wolf thought, “Tomorrow, I will help someone again. I will keep our school safe and happy for everyone.”

He drifted off to sleep, feeling proud and loved, ready for another bright day.
