A joyful 2-year-old girl with a round face, rosy cheeks and short chestnut hair in small strands, wearing a sky-blue coat, red boots and thick mittens, pushes a large snowball to form the snowman's body while her smiling, attentive mother (about 30) with hair in a bun and a beige coat stands to her right, helping stack the balls and holding a red hat ready to place; the snowy yard in front of a wooden house with paned windows and a snow-covered roof, a few dusted firs and fresh footprints form the background; the scene shows a large white snowman with a red hat, two black stone buttons and an orange carrot nose, the girl laughing as the mother adjusts the hat, with soft, bright lighting and visible snow textures. report a problem with this image

Lily looked out the window. “Snow!” she said. The world was white.

“Yay!” said Mommy. “Let's play!”

Lily put on her warm coat. “I want my hat!” she said.

Mommy helped her. “Here's your hat, Lily!”

Lily put on her mittens. “I'm ready!” she cheered.

Outside, the snow was soft and fluffy. “Look, Mommy!” Lily pointed. “Snowflakes!”

“They are pretty!” Mommy smiled.

Lily stepped in the snow. “Crunch, crunch!” she giggled.

“Let's make a snowman!” Mommy said.

Lily clapped her hands. “Yes! A big snowman!”

They rolled big snowballs. “This one is for the body!” said Mommy.

“And this one is for the head!” said Lily.

They stacked the snowballs high. “It's so tall!” Lily laughed.

“Now, let's give him a hat!” Mommy said. They found a red hat.

“Snowman has a hat!” Lily squealed.

“Let's give him buttons!” Mommy added.

Lily found round pebbles. “Here are the buttons!” she exclaimed.

“Perfect!” Mommy said. “Now he's happy!”

Lily smiled. “I love winter! It's fun!”

“Yes, it is!” Mommy agreed.

They hugged their snowman. “Goodbye, snowman!” Lily waved.

“See you tomorrow!” Mommy smiled.
