A male doctor, Dr. Sam, smiling and kind, with brown hair and round glasses, is wearing a white coat and a stethoscope around his neck. He is listening to the heart of a little boy, Timmy, about 6 years old, with blonde hair and sparkling eyes, sitting on an examination table, looking worried but curious. In the room, a nurse, a woman around 30 with brown hair in a bun, wearing a blue uniform and holding a thermometer, is ready to help. She stands near the door, observing the scene with a reassuring smile. The setting is a bright and welcoming hospital examination room, with light blue walls, colorful posters about children's health, and toys scattered on a shelf. The main situation shows Dr. Sam carefully examining Timmy, as the little boy opens his mouth wide for the doctor to check his throat, creating an atmosphere of trust and care. report a problem with this image

One sunny day, a little boy named Timmy comes to see Dr. Sam. Timmy has a sore throat. “It hurts, Dr. Sam!” says Timmy with big, tearful eyes. “Don't worry, Timmy!” says Dr. Sam. “I will help you!”

Dr. Sam takes out his special tools. He has a stethoscope, a big thermometer, and a little flashlight. “Let's check your heart!” says Dr. Sam. He listens carefully. “Thump, thump! Good heart!” says Dr. Sam with a big smile.

Then, Dr. Sam looks in Timmy's mouth. “Ahhh! Open wide!” Timmy giggles. “Ahhh!” Timmy opens his mouth wide. “You have a little red throat!” says Dr. Sam. “I will give you some yummy medicine!”

Suddenly, a loud beep! A nurse runs in. “Emergency! A baby needs help!” Dr. Sam quickly follows her. “Let's go!” he says.

In the room, a baby is crying. Dr. Sam stays calm. He checks the baby gently. “You are okay, little one!” he says softly. He carefully gives the baby some medicine, and the baby stops crying. Everyone smiles!

After the busy day, Timmy comes back to say thank you. “You helped the baby!” he says. Dr. Sam smiles, “Yes! Helping is my favorite part!”

Dr. Sam loves his job. He makes the world a better place, one smile at a time.
