Bunny lived in a cozy little burrow under a big, snowy tree. One bright winter morning, Bunny woke up. He stretched his little paws and looked outside. “Wow! It's snowy!” he said, hopping happily.

The snow was white and fluffy. Bunny loved the winter. “Today is a perfect day to play!” he exclaimed. He wanted to find his friends. “Where is Squeaky?” Bunny asked. Squeaky was his best friend, a tiny mouse with a cheerful smile.

Bunny hopped through the soft snow. “Squeaky! Squeaky!” he called. Suddenly, he saw a little brown dot in the snow. “Is that you, Squeaky?” Bunny asked.

“Yes, it's me!” squeaked Squeaky, popping up. “Look at all the snow! Let's make a snowman!”

“What a great idea!” Bunny said, bouncing with joy. They rolled big snowballs. “Look, here's the bottom!” Bunny said. “And here's the middle!” Squeaky added. “Now the head!”

They placed the last snowball on top. “He needs eyes,” Bunny said. They found two shiny pebbles. “Perfect!” Squeaky cheered. “Now he needs a nose!”

Bunny looked around. “How about a carrot?” Bunny said excitedly. They found a little orange carrot and placed it on the snowman's face. “He looks so happy!” Squeaky giggled.

“What else can we do?” Bunny wondered.

“Let's slide down the hill!” Squeaky squeaked. They ran to the hill, their little hearts racing. Bunny and Squeaky sat on a sled. “Ready, set, go!” Bunny shouted. Whoosh! They slid down the hill, laughing all the way.

At the bottom, they saw a little bird. “Hello, Birdie!” Bunny waved. “Do you like winter?”

“Yes!” chirped the bird, fluttering around. “Winter is fun! I sing sweet songs while the snow falls.”

Bunny smiled. “We love winter too! We made a snowman and slid down the hill!”

The bird sang a happy song. “Winter is for playing, and sharing, and laughing!”

Bunny, Squeaky, and the bird danced around the snowman. They giggled and twirled. “Winter is magical!” Bunny said.

As the sun began to set, the sky turned pink. Bunny looked at Squeaky and the bird. “What a wonderful day!”

“Yes! Winter is lovely!” Squeaky squeaked. The bird flapped her wings.

Bunny felt warm inside. Winter was not just about the snow. It was about friends, laughter, and joy. “Let's do this again tomorrow!” Bunny said with a big smile.

“Goodnight, friends!” Bunny said, hopping home. “Goodnight!” Squeaky and the bird called back.

Bunny snuggled in his burrow, thinking of winter fun. “I can't wait for tomorrow!” he whispered, dreaming of snow and laughter.
