The Brave Velociraptor
In a sunny valley full of green trees and colorful flowers, a little velociraptor named Vicky lived. Vicky was small and fast. She had bright green scales and big, curious eyes. One day, she was playing with her friends, Timmy the Triceratops and Bella the Brachiosaurus.
"Let's play hide and seek!" Vicky said, bouncing with excitement.
"Okay!" Timmy replied. "I will count first!"
While Timmy closed his eyes, Vicky and Bella ran off to find good hiding spots. Vicky squeezed behind a big rock. Bella, being much taller, hid behind a tall tree.
"One, two, three…" Timmy counted loudly.
Vicky giggled. “Shhh! Don't make noise!”
Suddenly, Timmy shouted, “Ready or not, here I come!”
Timmy searched for his friends. He looked behind bushes and around trees. "Where are you, Vicky and Bella?" he called.
Vicky held her breath. She could see Timmy's big horns peeking around the rocks.
“Found you, Bella!” Timmy cheered, when he spotted her long neck sticking out from behind the tree.
Bella laughed. “Oh no! Now it's just me and Vicky!”
Timmy looked around. “Where could she be?”
Vicky peeked out from behind the rock. “I'm right here!” she said, jumping out.
Timmy laughed. “You are so sneaky, Vicky!”
"I always win!" Vicky giggled.
But then, they heard a loud noise. It was a rumble, like thunder. The ground shook.
“What was that?” Bella asked, eyes wide.
“I don't know!” Timmy said. “Let's go look!”
They walked to the edge of the valley. There, they saw a big, gray dinosaur. It had a long neck and was munching on leaves.
“Who are you?” Vicky asked bravely.
The big dinosaur looked down. “I am Gary the Giraffatitan. I'm looking for my friends. I can't find them!”
“Oh no!” Bella said. “How can we help?”
Gary sighed. “I need to find them before the sun sets. They are lost in the dark forest.”
“I can help!” Vicky said, her eyes shining. “I'm fast! I can run and find them!”
“Can I come too?” Timmy asked. “I can help!”
“Yes, let's all go!” Bella said, her voice full of excitement.
“Hurry! We must go before it gets dark!” Gary said, looking worried.
So, off they went. Vicky dashed through the tall trees, with Timmy and Bella following close behind. The forest was dark and thick.
“Stay close, everyone!” Vicky called. “We can do this together!”
They ran and searched. “Where could they be?” Timmy wondered.
Suddenly, Vicky heard a sound. “Listen! Do you hear that?”
“Yes!” Bella said, tilting her head. “It sounds like… singing?”
They followed the sound of the sweet voices. Soon, they found Gary's friends, a group of Giraffatitan dinosaurs, singing under a big, bright moon.
“Gary! We were looking for you!” one of them shouted.
Gary smiled. “I found my friends! Thank you, Vicky, Timmy, and Bella!”
Vicky beamed with pride. “We did it together!”
“Let's sing with them!” Timmy suggested.
So, they all gathered under the moon and sang songs of friendship.
“Thank you for helping me!” Gary said, as they finished. “You are all very brave!”
Vicky smiled. “We are best friends! We always help each other!”
And from that day on, Vicky, Timmy, Bella, and Gary became the best of friends, always ready for another adventure in their beautiful, prehistoric world.
