Gigi the Giraffe had a long neck and a big heart. One sunny day, she looked around her home in the tall grass. “What's that funny sound?” she wondered. It was a giggle, a silly giggle!
“Who's making that noise?” asked Gigi, stretching her neck high. She spotted her friend Benny the Bunny hopping around. “Benny! Are you giggling?”
“Yes, Gigi! It's so funny!” Benny wiggled his little nose. “I can't stop!”
“What's so funny?” asked Gigi, her big eyes sparkling with curiosity.
“It's a secret!” Benny replied, bouncing up and down. “But I need help!”
“Help with what?” asked Gigi, leaning closer.
“I lost my favorite carrot!” Benny said, looking sad. “It was here, but now it's gone!”
“Oh no! A missing carrot!” Gigi exclaimed. “Let's find it together!”
Benny nodded. “Yes! Let's go!”
Gigi and Benny looked high and low. They searched in the bushes and under the leaves. “Is it here?” Gigi asked, peeking under a big leaf.
“No, not there!” Benny said, scratching his head.
Suddenly, they heard another giggle. “Hee hee!” It was Lila the Lizard, sunbathing on a rock. “What's happening?”
“Benny lost his carrot!” Gigi explained.
“I saw a carrot!” Lila said with a smile. “It was rolling down the hill!”
“Rolling down the hill?” Benny's eyes got wide. “Let's go!”
They all ran to the hill. Gigi's long legs helped her reach the top first. “Look!” she shouted, pointing her neck. “There it is!”
Benny jumped and cheered. “Yay! My carrot!”
Benny hopped to his carrot, but it rolled away again! “Oh no!” he cried, laughing.
Gigi stretched her neck and gently caught the carrot with her mouth. “Got it!” she said, handing it to Benny.
“Thank you, Gigi!” Benny laughed. “You saved the day!”
Lila clapped her tiny hands. “What a fun adventure!”
Gigi smiled, her heart warm. “Adventure with friends is the best!”
And they all giggled together under the bright, sunny sky.
