Chapter 1: A New Friend

One sunny morning, little Lily skipped happily to the playground near her house. She loved playing on the swings and slides. As she approached, she noticed a new girl sitting on a bench, looking a bit lonely. Lily decided to go over and say hello.

"Hi, I'm Lily! What's your name?" she asked with a big smile.

The girl looked up and replied, "I'm Mia. Nice to meet you, Lily."

Lily noticed that Mia was sitting in a wheelchair. She had never met anyone in a wheelchair before, but she thought Mia seemed really friendly. They quickly became friends and spent the whole day playing together.

Chapter 2: A Special Talent

As they played, Lily discovered that Mia had a special talent for painting. Mia would hold the paintbrush between her teeth and create beautiful artworks on paper. Lily was amazed by Mia's talent and how she never let being in a wheelchair stop her from doing what she loved.

"I wish I could paint like you, Mia. You're so talented!" Lily exclaimed.

Mia smiled and said, "You can do anything you set your mind to, Lily. We all have unique abilities that make us special."

Chapter 3: A School Project

The next day at school, their teacher announced a special project about friendship. Each student had to create something that represented what friendship meant to them. Lily and Mia decided to work together on a painting that showed two friends playing in the park.

As they worked on their project, Lily asked Mia, "Do you ever wish you could walk like me?"

Mia thought for a moment and replied, "Sometimes, but I've learned to appreciate all the things I can do. Being in a wheelchair doesn't define who I am."

Chapter 4: The Presentation

When the day of the presentation arrived, Lily and Mia stood in front of the class with their painting. Lily explained how their painting represented the joy of friendship and how Mia had inspired her with her positive attitude.

The class applauded their beautiful artwork and the heartfelt story behind it. Lily felt proud to have Mia as her friend and realized that true friendship goes beyond physical abilities.

After the presentation, Mia whispered to Lily, "Thank you for being my friend, Lily. You've shown me that true friendship knows no boundaries."

Lily hugged Mia and replied, "Thank you for being my friend, too, Mia. You've taught me so much about courage and kindness."

And from that day on, Lily and Mia's friendship blossomed, proving that differences make us unique and that true friendship knows no limits.
