Once upon a sunny day, there was a little mouse named Molly. Molly was not just any mouse; she was a curious mouse! She loved to explore and play. One day, Molly noticed something strange. Her cheese was missing!
“Oh no!” squeaked Molly. “Where is my cheese?”
Molly looked around her cozy home. She saw her friend Benny the Bunny hopping by.
“Benny!” called Molly. “Have you seen my cheese?”
Benny wiggled his nose and said, “No cheese here! But I can help you find it!”
“Yay!” squeaked Molly. “Let's go!”
Molly and Benny hopped and bounced through the colorful garden. They looked under the big green leaves and behind the bright flowers.
“Is the cheese hiding?” asked Benny.
Molly giggled. “Maybe it's playing hide and seek!”
Just then, they heard a funny noise. “Honk! Honk!”
It was Carla the Chicken! She was scratching in the dirt.
“Carla! Have you seen my cheese?” asked Molly with big, hopeful eyes.
Carla clucked and flapped her wings. “I haven't seen your cheese, but I found some yummy seeds!”
“Seeds?” asked Benny, his nose twitching.
“Yes! Come and taste!” said Carla.
Molly laughed. “Seeds are not cheese, silly!”
They all giggled together. Just then, they spotted something yellow peeking out from behind a rock.
“Look!” squeaked Molly. “Is that my cheese?”
They rushed over, and guess what? It was a big, sunny piece of cheese!
“Yay!” shouted Molly, doing a happy dance.
Benny bounced, and Carla flapped her wings.
“Let's celebrate with cheese!” cheered Molly.
And so, they shared the cheese, laughing and playing in the warm sunshine, happy as can be. The mystery was solved, and the friends enjoyed their tasty treat together. What a fun day!
