Once upon a time in a cheerful little town, there lived a small boy named Timmy. Timmy was four years old today, and he was bouncing with excitement! “Today is my birthday!” he shouted, jumping from his blue bed.
His room was filled with colorful balloons. “I love balloons!” Timmy said, giggling. He had a red balloon, a green balloon, and even a sparkly yellow one.
“Timmy, come to the kitchen!” called his mom. Timmy ran down the hall, his feet pitter-pattering on the wooden floor.
When he reached the kitchen, he saw a big chocolate cake on the table. It had four sparkling candles on top. “Wow! A cake!” he exclaimed with wide eyes.
“Happy birthday, Timmy!” his mom smiled. “Are you ready for your special day?”
“I'm ready! Ready! Ready!” Timmy shouted, clapping his hands.
Just then, the doorbell rang. “Ding-dong!” went the bell. “Who could it be?” Timmy wondered, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.
“I think it's your friend, Benny!” said his mom, opening the door.
Benny, a fluffy little dog with a wagging tail, bounded in. “Woof! Woof! Happy birthday, Timmy!” Benny barked, jumping up and down.
“Thank you, Benny!” Timmy giggled, scratching Benny behind the ears. “I have a cake!”
Benny's nose twitched. “I smell chocolate! Can I have some?”
Timmy laughed. “Not yet! We need to sing first. Ready?”
“Woof! I'm ready!” Benny barked, wagging his tail.
Timmy took a deep breath. “Happy birthday to me! Happy birthday to me!” He sang loudly, his voice cheerful and bright.
“Now blow out the candles!” his mom said.
Timmy closed his eyes, made a big wish, and blew. “Whoosh!” The candles flickered out. “Did my wish come true?” he wondered.
“Let's find out!” his mom said, cutting the cake.
Just as they were about to eat, a strange sound came from outside. “Roooooar!”
“What was that?” Timmy asked, eyes wide.
“Maybe it's a dinosaur!” Benny said, looking out the window.
“Let's see!” Timmy exclaimed, rushing to the window.
Outside, there was a big, colorful dinosaur! It had bright green scales and a funny little hat. The dinosaur waved and yelled, “Hello, little birthday boy!”
Timmy gasped. “A real dinosaur! Wow!”
“Can I come to your party?” the dinosaur asked, bouncing on its big feet.
“Of course!” Timmy shouted, jumping up and down.
“Yay! I love parties!” the dinosaur cheered and stomped inside. “I'm Dino, by the way! Can we eat cake?”
“Not yet! We have to play first!” Timmy said, grinning.
“Okay! What's the first game?” asked Dino, his tail swishing with excitement.
“Let's play hide and seek!” Timmy suggested. “You count, and we'll hide!”
“Okay! One, two, three…” Dino began to count, his voice booming.
Timmy and Benny quickly hid behind the couch. Benny's tail was poking out! “Benny, your tail!” Timmy whispered, giggling.
“Ten! Ready or not, here I come!” Dino shouted, looking around the room.
Dino searched everywhere. He checked behind the curtain and under the table. “Hmm, where could they be?” he wondered.
Finally, he spotted Benny's tail. “Found you!” Dino laughed, pulling back the couch.
“Yay! You found us!” Timmy squealed, jumping out.
“Now it's your turn to count!” Timmy said, grinning.
So, they played and played, laughing and having fun. They even made a game called “Dino Dance,” where they all danced in silly ways.
“I love dancing!” Benny barked, spinning around.
After playing, they finally sat down for cake. “Now can we eat?” Timmy asked, his mouth watering.
“Yes! Cake time!” Dino cheered, licking his lips.
They all shared the chocolate cake, and it was delicious! “Yum! This is the best cake ever!” Timmy said, crumbs on his chin.
“I love birthday cake!” Dino roared happily.
“It's the best birthday ever!” Timmy shouted, beaming.
When the sun began to set, Timmy looked at his friends. “Thank you for coming, Benny and Dino! This was so much fun!”
“Happy birthday, Timmy!” they said together, wagging tails and stomping feet.
As the stars twinkled in the sky, Timmy felt happy. He had balloons, cake, and the best friends in the world. What a wonderful birthday it was!
“Can we do this again next year?” Timmy asked, smiling.
“Absolutely!” Benny barked.
“Roar! I'll bring my party hat!” Dino added.
And with that, they all laughed, knowing today was a special day they would remember forever.
